2 double beds- bunk, with a twin bed trundle. Extra linens and pillows, Air conditioning, Ceiling fan, extra storage, clothing storage, 55" smart Tv, Phone charging station, night stand and sitting chair. Room sleeps 5

6 with the rollaway.  

Full shower and tub. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, make up removal towels and extra toiletries provided. Baby bathing chair and towels provided. 

Shower only. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, make up removal cloths, extra toiletries and beach towels provided. 

The living room offers a sofa, loveseat, and rocking chair. Air conditioning, and Celiling fan. there is a Fireplace, with games and adult and children coloring books inside. 55" smart Tv, and two end tables. One, has a hidden usb speaker/phone charger disguised as a plant. Throw pillows, and blankets to warm you up while the A/c keeps things chill. We also have a small Bar equipped with all the glasses, utinsels, and blender, you need for mixology therapy. From the living room, you can walk out onto the screened in patio that offers a peaceful setting all on its own.  

Our peaceful screend in patio is just what the mornings and evenings call for! The patio has a small sofa, 2 sitting chairs, coffee table, breakfast bar with stools, hidden garbage can, a coffee maker, ice bin, 45" smart TV, celing fan, and plug in oudoor lighting. 

Our dining room offers seating for 10. The table extends with the leafs hidden below. Additional chairs are located in the bedrooms when needed. We also offer, a highchair, children dishes, and utinsels. Outside there is also a picnic table and on the back patio, a breakfast bar with stools- for those needing a break from "togetherness." 

Oh yes, where the magic happens! we have everything you can imagine stocked in the cupboards! Air fryer, indoor grill, crock pot, skillet, sandwich maker, electric knife, mixer, all the utinsels for baking, cooking and grilling. Enough dishes to feed and serve an army. No shortages here. You will find an extra ice maker just incase you clean out the ice in the self ice making stainless steel refrigerator. Dual coffee maker that accommodates coffee pods, and filtered coffee, as well as a handheld milk frother for just the right touch. Below the sink is grill cleaner and small amounts of dishwasher and dish soap to get you started, along with a few cleaning supplies. In the pantry you will find space to keep all of your groceries, and find some paper goods. 

I know, who wants to do laundry when they are on vacay? But, do you really want to do it all when you get home? We offer a washer and dryer located in the closet right off the kitchen. A few extras are on the shelf located above the appliances. 

For Outside we offer a variety of outdoor (as well as indoor) games -Corn hole, yard pong, Granny pants, kites, located in the closets of bedrooms and pantry. we offer beach chairs and a beach tent located in the shed, as well as additional beach chairs in the closets. We have a small and extra large cooler, that you can pull with our large collapsible beach wagon. For those nights you are wanting to sit by the fire, we offer a Propane fire pit (you are responsible for exchanging the tanks) and 5 adirondack chairs for comfort. Feel like just hanging out listening to the frogs, take a nap in our extra large hammock. For the grilling enthusiast we also have a large Propane/Charcoal grill, and utinsels. The space wouldn't be complete if we didn't offer a picnic table - aka the "kids" table.  

Our beautiful community offers TWO pools. One pool is just steps away from Resting Beach face, and the second pool with a club house and kiddie pool is only a two minute walk.
